Workhorse
Great take-along for our 12 day Ireland trip, and on arrival was very handy used as a day pack on excursions. I did add a small carabiner on the main zipper to make sure it stayed zipped, just being OCD. Inner pockets were just right, mesh pockets on outside perfect for umbrella and water bottle. The zippers held up even when I overstuffed it. Good waterproofing, it shed the frequent rains. Turned out this pack was necessary as a carry-on to get the souvenirs home. It got filthy along the way, but washed up good as new. This was a worthwhile purchase, it will be traveling with me again.

I LOVE This Backpack!
I love it so much I ordered a second one for my husband. It has a great amount of storage in a small, lightweight space. This is a perfect bag for day trips, urban expeditions, and dog/toddlers with needs for drinks and snacks on outings. This bag will keep your stuff dry in light rain or snow mix but I have not had a downpour situation, so I don't know how that will play out. I would suggest using a Scotchgard anyway to protect if you carry electronics like I do. Happy pack-ing.

Light, compact, comfortable backpack!
This backpack got me through a fairly intense hiking around Phoenix, AZ. I carried it on my back for about 12 hours one day, and I have to say it was pretty darn comfortable. Carried like 5 powerade bottles, a spare water bottle, a camera, pants, and a hoodie, with plenty of room to spare.
